Before handing over the control of Support WIP and tickets to the Capgemini Service Delivery Team(s) is it important to get formal sign-off from the Client (if a contractual requirement) and the Service Delivery Team(s). This may be in two stages, agreement to cutover and then confirmation that cutover has occurred and that service has been handed over.
It is the responsibility of the Client to agree that the agreed actions and mechanics for Support WIP and tickets are successfully implemented as per the agreed Acceptance Criteria For Support WIP.
In order to obtain sign-off from the Client, typically the WIP Lead needs to ensure that:
-
All acceptance criteria defined for Support WIP and tickets have been met
-
Updated Service Engagement Risk Log and Service Engagement Issue Log are published to all stakeholders
-
Critical gaps/issues are addressed/closed.
